Walking the talk for inclusion: Black history month🥰

My favourite page of our the Harrington Star’s recent magazine publication...is the Black history month podcast special feature. It was an absolute honour and privilege for me to take part in Nadia’s Edwards Dashti’s initiative to use her platform to make #blackvoices heard by encouraging the conversations and raising awareness by inviting such open debates, which in turn contributes to changes a step at at time. She walks the talks and exposes reals issues surround inclusion and diversity in the workforce to help building a better industry for all. Lots of great lessons to be learnt and actions to be implemented.
